- Developed go-to-market plan for evangelizing the iTXT messaging platform to third party application developers.

Product Goal: Construct an application for wireless carriers to publish shortcode programs on the fly with a simple drag-and-drop metaphor.
- Outlined a highly configurable environment for supporting shortcode programs based on chained “if-then” rule sets, with a plug-in affordance for nearly limitless functional extensibility.
- Prototyped publishing and shortcode program management user interfaces focusing on task simplicity.
Project: PaperBoy
Product Goal: Build a lightweight WAP content syndication system for tier-2 and tier-3 wireless carriers.
- Built a three-pronged system using open source technologies: a process which regularly retrieved content published online as an RSS feed; a process for transcoding retrieved information into the WAP format for display on a handset; and a back-end database for a carrier’s management to determine which RSS sources to retrieve as well as subscribers to choose sources of interest to them.

- Drove experience development for a high-visibility Windows area, the user experience during the initial power-up of a Windows Longhorn computer (now Windows Vista). This project involved a cross-organization team of 45 internal and 20 external stakeholders (this project also required a high clearance bar for DOJ anti-trust compliance mandates)
- Authored, designed and managed technical specifications for: the overall F10 user experience as well as third-party extensibility of that experience, the default Windows “Longhorn” RSS newsfeed reader, and the common set-up tasks carousel for the retail SKU of Windows
